- Required min 1-2 years of experience in Customer service
- Experience in Logistics Operations will be appreciated
- Ability to handle Agents & Clients

- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

Job Responsibilities : Coordinate all aspects of shipping including but not limited to air/ocean export and air/ocean import including, booking, tracking, coordination, dispatch, billing, packing, filing, assist with moving operations as needed.
